My bad. I didn't realize MarineNet hosts MCI's now. Colleges depend on ACE evaluations to determine how much credit a course is worth. The school will then determine where that credit will be applied. Go to ACE's military guide and search in the section for if you don't know the ACE ID. Enter Marine Corps for branch and 2020 for the year. Type in MCI course names that you are interested in. Apparently there are MCIs on marinenet that will not give you points. I’m having a hard time figuring out which ones allow points and which ones don’t allow points ever since they changed the layout of marinenet. Once you complete the course, you request a PIN number and it's good for 6 or 12 hours. Give your Marine that pin and your first.m.last (or whatever your username is for Marinenet) and that's it. I kept my old ass laptop just because it still had IE 9 and was the best way to get Marinenet to load. It's since died but I don't really need to do courses at this point - just PME and random shit. I’m navy, but I was able to bypass it by watching the training video on DVIDS, then took the quiz on the MarineNet course. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Same with Marinenet, but I'm pretty sure someone who hated Marinenet made that system so that way PFCs and lances could say they locked themselves out so they couldn't complete their training.
